At Zarquoon, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Each pack of our organic food is made with care, but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are edible and perishable, we only accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong product or damaged packaging.

  • The item arrived expired or spoiled due to our error.

  • You contacted us within 3 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used products.

2. Refund Process

If your claim meets the criteria:

  • We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund (excluding delivery charges, if applicable).

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval

  • You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once the refund is initiated.
